BEAUDRY RV HAS SUCCESSFULLY EMERGED FROM CHAPTER 11

Confirmation order approved July 31, 2009

Tucson, AZ – After announcing an agreement with their financial partners for the reorganization plan on June 26, 2009, Beaudry RV Company, Beaudry RV Mesa, Inc., & the Beaudry RV Resort Inc. have successfully emerged from Chapter 11. The judge signed the order confirming the Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization on July 31, 2009. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of all the Beaudry employees, the attorneys, and the financial consultants, the companies have weathered the adverse economic factors burdening all businesses today. Beaudry’s plan of reorganization includes, funding for future operations, payment provisions for all its creditors, and competent management personnel and strategies to insure its continued place as a leader in the RV industry. Beaudry RV gives special thanks to its employees that have supported all of the difficult decisions that Beaudry’s management had to make to meet the challenges during these difficult economic times and to its customers who have continued to believe in the future success of Beaudry RV.
