Because of the high volume of e-mail as well as our dependence on its reliable delivery, it is important that we observe best practices to ensure effective use of e-mail in a manner that benefits all of the RV community.

• Beaudry RV will only send messages to email accounts freely given by the customer. We do not buy or rent email lists.
  
• Beaudry RV does not sell, share or distribute our customer's email information to any other entity.
  
• Beaudry RV uses only opt in email collection. The customer should understand that a request for information, participation in contests or games, or inquiries would be considered authorization to use email as a method of communication.
  
• Beaudry RV appreciates that customers already receive large amounts of unwanted email. Our intent is to communicate value and therefore Beaudry RV will use email sparingly.
  
• Beaudry RV will not SPAM or repetitively harass customers.
  
• Any customer can remove their email or information from Beaudry RV's database at any time and for any reason.
  
• When sending out mass emails Beaudry RV will take every necessary to step to assure the privacy of third party email addresses.
  
• Beaudry RV will not use dummy identities or false URLs to send mass electronic mails.
  
• Beaudry RV uses a secure database to protect our customer's information from unlawful intrusion.
